This
park is located in the Upper Siang district in the Indian state of Arunachal
Pradesh. It covers an
area of about 500 Sq.Km. The forest of the park is semi evergreen type. The
area is famous for three varieties of goat -antelopes, locally known as takin,
coral and serow. The other fauna found in the park are wild buffalo, tiger,
panther, red panda, elephant, hog dear, barking deer, sambar, python etc.
Besides it, the park has many birds including different types of Pheasants.
Ideal for trekking, hiking and angling at river Siyom. |
