The Park lies between Agra-Bombay road and Jhansi-Shivpuri
Road and located in Shivpuri district, which is about 115 km from Gwalior.
The park entrance is on NH-25.
Air: The nearest airport is at Gwalior which is well
connected to Delhi, Bhopal and Mumbai. Delhi is 428 km away from Shivpuri.
Rail: The nearest railhead is at Jhansi
(95 km) near Sipri Bazaar which is connected to major cities in India.
Major trains include the Shatabdi Express, Punjab Mail, Dadar-Amritsar
Express, Jhelum Express, Karnataka Express, Mahakaushal Express, Malwa
Express, Kushinagar Express, Tamil Nadu Express and Kerala Express.
Road: Shivpuri is connected by regular
bus services with Gwalior, Indore (375km), Bhopal(320), Agra (225), Jhansi,
Ujjain and Sawai Madhopur and serveral private and Government Transport
buses are available to reach Shivpuri from Jhansi.
