Private lodges are available at Munnar, Marayoor and
Udumalpetta. One could also find accommodation in the government guest
houses at Munnar and Udumalpetta. The forest department arranges accommodation
at log houses in Churlipatti. Dormitory facilities are also available
at Chinnar. Accommodations are available in three suites at the Forest
guesthouse for Rs. 400 per room without food. One can also enjoy the wildlife
in the Tree-top machans, arranged by the forest department, Rs. 1,000
for an overnight stay for two. Camping in the Vasyappara hut will cost
Rs. 2,000 including food.
