Vythiri is the nearest town which is 5 kilometers away.
There are totally nine hairpin bends on the way from Adivaram to Lakkidi
along the Ghats road. Drive to Lakkidi an enjoyable experience. Regular
KSRTC buses of Kerala and Karnataka connect Lakkidi to other major cities.
Also there are frequent buses are available from Kozhikode to Lakkidi.
