How to get there:
Air: Nearest airport is Cochin International
Airport, at Nedumbassery, about 12 km from Temple.
Rail : Nearest railway station is at
Angamaly, about 8 km from Temple. Some of the express trains do not stop
at this station and the next station is Alwaye.
Road: Kerala State Transport Corporation
(KSRTC) as well as private buses operate at regular intervals to Alwaye
from the nearest towns such as Ernakulam (15 km), Angamaly, Perumbavoor,
Kothamangalam etc. Regular buses ply between the airport and Aluva and
usually during the festival period special buses are also deployed to
bring devotees from all parts of Kerala.
