Sudarshan kriya
My spouse has taken art of living class. She is advising me to perform sudarshan kriya.my age is 60. I am taking medicine of blood pressure twice daily & my pressure remains in normal as 120/80, occasionally it goes up to 150/90. In this situation can i perform sudarshan kriya? |

I want to know about effect of sudarshan kriya on schizophrenic person
