How to Reach Yelagiri Hills
Air : Nearest Airport at Chennai (220
Kms) and Bangalore(160 Kms). Both are well connected to all major cities
in India.
Rail : Jolarpet Junction is the nearest
railway station which is 19 km from Yelagiri Hills. All trains to and
from Bangalore and Chennai stop at Jolarpet Junction. Some of them are
Kovai Express, Brindavan Express and Intercity.
Road : Yelagiri is well connected by
road. It would take four to five hours to reach the top. Routes from Bangalore
- take the National Highway 7 to Krishnagiri - Chennai - take National
Highway 46- Thirupathur- Vaniyambadi, Ponnneri - Yelagiri Hills.
