How to reach Khajjiar

Air: The nearest airports to Khajjiar are Gaggal Airport (97kms) in Kangra and Pathankot Airport (96 kms). Taxis are available from both these airports to Khajjiar and Chamba.

Rail: The nearest railhead is Pathankot (120kms). From here taxis and buses are available to Khajjiar.

Road: The town is easily accessible from other parts of the country as well as from Chamba and Dalhousie. One can enjoy a drive of 24 kilometers through the beautiful Khajjiar wildlife sanctuary on Dalhousie Khajjiar road. Another way is from Chamba, if you choose to reach Chamba via Jot.
