How to Reach
Vizag or Vishakhapatnam is the nearest town. It can be
reached either by road (three hours) or rail (five hours), but most people
prefer using the railways since the ride is considered to be one of the
best. The Train journey through the thick vegetation of the Eastern ghats
is splendid. There are 57 tunnels in hour train journey.
Air: The nearest airport is Vishakhapatnam
at a distance of 112 km.
Train: The nearest station is Araku (136km) which is
well-connected with trains from all over the country.
Road: Araku is just 3 hours away by road from Vishakhapatnam.
